Heritage Drama Team 2016/2017 is excited and ready for action!
Join us as we work towards our drama production of Robin Hood May 11,12,13. We may have availability for a few more students to participate on stage with the entire cast as they act and respond "All" together to Robin Hood.
COURSE DESCRIPTION: Unify to perform an excellent production.
EXPECTATIONS: Students are expected to want to work as a team. Memorization is required.
OUTSIDE MEETINGS: Creative teams may need to meet outside of co-op time or communicate via phone or e-mail as collaboration takes more time than what the regular co-op allows.
OUTSIDE REHEARSAL INFO: As with every performance, tech rehearsals and dress rehearsals will be required May 8, 9,11 in addition to the scheduled January rehearsals and Saturday rehearsals closer to the performance. TEACHER PROVIDES: Robin Hood scripts and weekly instruction.
STUDENTS PROVIDE: a respectful attitude, creativity, energy, and a good work ethic. Please bring script, pencil and paper to every rehearsal.
PREREQUISITES: No drama experience required, but willingness to improve, receive instruction and perform is expected.
WORKLOAD: Depending on the student’s role, 2-5 hours a week to review and memorize your part. Some roles will require extra rehearsals not scheduled. We will work with your schedule and some of these are already scheduled. So no need to be anxious over this.
