Each week, we will work on a project that either simulates or practices the style of the specific artist or period we are covering. For example, creating a picture out of dots if studying Georges Seurat and Pointillism or attempting to create artwork taped to the underside of a table if studying Michaelangelo to mimic his process of the Sistine Chapel. Artists to be used for project inspiration include:
Leonardo DaVinci, Michealangelo, Claude Monet, August Renoir, Georges Seurat, Vincent Van Gogh, Henri Matisse, Pablo Picasso, Jackson Pollock, Piet Mondrian, and Georgia OKeefe.
