Description:

This is a two year curriculum which covers science for grades 1-4. This year we cover our solar system, weather, oceans and sea creatures, birds, insects, amphibians, arachnids, wildflowers and plants. In the spring, the students make a tadpole habitat and take home a tadpole. The students take home weekly worksheets to help them remember what information is covered in class. With crafts, projects, and reports given to the class, the students have a fun filled learning experience. 

Biography:

Debbie has enjoyed teaching kindergarten, history and science homeschool classes for over 25 years and is excited to pass on her love of learning. She has a degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education with a Kindergarten Endorsement. Jim and Debbie have home schooled all of their five grown children. Now they are building into their 14 grandchildren.
