Description:

Each week we will read a different classic – old and new - while learning the elements of literature at an age appropriate level.  In keeping with the Five In A Row idea, there will be enrichment opportunities for each book.  We will also memorize some poetry as we go.  (Memorization at this age usually comes VERY easily and it is a shame not to tap into the many benefits of learning by heart.)

Biography:

Adrianne has been a teacher since she was in kindergarten and came home to teach her younger brother everything she had learned that day.  (She must have been pretty good too because he skipped.)  More recently she has taught history, art appreciation, English, literature, logic and worldviews.  She and her husband, David, homeschooled their three boys.
