Age Range: 13-18This course will enable students to trace the rise and fall of civilizations throughout history. It will allow students to trace the roots of Christianity and access its impact on the culture of the world. They will also access the role of other religions on the world. Students will analyze the development of trade and evaluate economic systems. At the end of the course, students should be able to relate history to the present day, and see the role Christians can play in a global society. This course coincides with the literature course being taught by Eileen Chapman this year from 1:30-2:25.
Biography:Mrs. Thompson has been a teacher for over 20 plus years. She is a former missionary. She has a bachelor's degree with dual major in Bible and Education; her fun and creative personality will make her classes come to life!
